Temple Bruer is an organic winery, producing vegan friendly, low or no preservative, carbon neutral wines. The winery and vineyard is based in Langhorne Creek one of South Australia’s oldest and highly regarded grape growing regions with two new additionally purchased vineyards in Eden Valley and Loxton.
Since Temple Bruer’s first plantings in the early 1970’s every effort has been made to ensure that the company’s impact on those drinking its wines, its employees, the wider community and environment is as positive as possible.
This has led Temple Bruer to invest in significant revegetation projects, support research into organic agriculture and wine making, ensure all of its wines are organic, produce wine without the use of animal products (Vegan), produce Low and no preservative (sulphur) wines and measure, reduce and offset all of its emissions to produce carbon neutral wines without compromising the quality or accessibility of its wines.
Organic and vegan friendly wines currently available
(CN = Carbon Neutral, PF = Preservative Free)
In addition Temple Bruer wines has a some particularly fine back vintages in its museum collection and some clean skins available direct from the cellar door.
