Soy Milk
Soy Milk is a protein rich beverage made from soybeans that originated in China thousands of years ago.

Pureharvest produce two Soy Milk ranges

Aussie Soy range is the original whole soy bean milk. A delicious beverage, high in nutritional value and is lactose and cholesterol free. 
Nature’s Soy range contains the best tasting natural soy milks available. Containing isoflavens and phytoestrogens from the whole soya bean, both are recognised for their health benefits.

Rice Milk
Traditional oriental beverage produced from brown rice. It is ideal for those who are lactose and soy intolerant.

Pureharvest produce two Rice Milk ranges

Aussie Dream range is based on a traditional oriental food and is made from certified organic whole brown rice.
Rice Milk range is low in saturated fat and cholesterol free. It is one of the lowest allergenic foods available, being lactose, gluten and dairy free.

Oat Milk
Nutritious organic non-dairy milk made from whole oats. A light taste that is rich in complex carbohydrates whilst having minimal saturated fat. Pureharvest use whole organic oats, water and a touch of organic sunflower oil to create a satisfying and nutritious food.

Almond Milk
Delicious fully flavoured non-dairy milk made from organic almonds. Enjoyed as a beverage in its own right, its distinct taste is popular in coffee and smoothies and is an excellent dairy alternative for those with soy allergies.
