At Oliver’s Real Food, we believe that a vital component of good health is when a person takes interest in the quality of food they are eating. Too many of us live our lives with little aches and pains, coughs and colds, indigestion, constipation and excess weight and we think it’s normal to feel like this. Our body is like a large juicing machine. We put the whole food in the top and our body breaks down the food to give us vitamins, minerals, amino acids, fatty acids, fibre, water and energy. Unfortunately due to today’s busy lifestyles, we tend to push too much fat, salt and sugar laden processed foods into the top of our juicers! So we end up feeling uncomfortable, a little achy and sluggish. At Oliver's Real Food the focus needs to be putting fresh, water based, fruits, veggies and unprocessed foods into the juicer to help clean and flush our systems.
