Neoflam has developed our non-stick coating Ecolon™ to be free from any toxins or chemicals such as PTFE and PFOA( ie: Teflon®) and it is made from entirely natural materials, such as sand and rocks (the coating is classed as ceramic) . It is also free from heavy metals and all of our certification is available upon request . This means that unlike many other brands, nothing will ever be leached into food other than the very healthy negative ions which come from the Anion layer of our products.
