Stirring Change teaches cutting edge and innovative methods to creatively prepare, serve and preserve ingredients in their natural state as a viable alternative to processed foods –  which are not only detrimental to our health, but are taking an increasing toll on our environment.

The beautiful irony is that we’re using fantastic new technology to accomplish a return to traditional ways of eating – something many of us have been yearning for, but until now haven’t had the skill, time or means to achieve.

Our bigger mission is to raise public awareness about the seemingly endless benefits of returning to more natural and traditional methods of food production and abandoning the industrial system.
