Our Naturopaths are more than happy to spend time consulting with you on the best natural remedy you require or they can even assist you with special dietary requirements.

Each store has a full sized café where you can sit and sip on Sydney’s cheapest organic fair trade coffee or chai made by our highly skilled baristas. We have the largest range of organic dairy and dairy alternative milks to choose from too. Whether you are looking for a yummy snack or a full meal, the menu will have something to delight you. The About Life catering team can organise fresh, tasty and beautifully presented platters of gourmet food prepared by our talented kitchen staff. Sandwiches, sushi, rice paper rolls, veggie balls, fruit and cheese, raw sweet platters and much more are delivered daily in refrigerated vans all over Sydney 7 days a week from 6am-6pm.

We run inspiring and educational cooking classes and wholefoods for wellness classes conducted by celebrity chefs and nutritionist alongside our talented aboutlife health experts and creative chefs. At these classes you will receive insightful and valuable tips on how to prepare wonderful, fresh and healthy food that tastes extraordinarily delicious.
