Organic oils have been produced from organic, non-GMO seeds, nuts, vegetables and fish that have not been exposed to chemical processing or high heat. These dietary oils have been cold pressed and provide a wonderful range of nutritional benefits. Flaxseed and fish oil are excellent sources of omega 3 fatty acids which help to promote healthy hair, nails, eyes and skin, balance hormones, and lower cholesterol levels and inflammation.

It is best to cook with coconut oil as it does not damage under high heat. Other dietary oils can be eaten on salads and cold dishes, added to smoothies or taken as a supplement.
